Dog ticks will go on humans, but they aren’t out to get you personally. They’re just dumb, hungry little creatures doing what nature tells them. You can coexist with them—you just don’t have to be their lunch.
So keep walking Buddy, enjoying those trails, and lying in the grass. Just give yourself a good once-over when you get home. Your blood is yours, not theirs.
