Forget the crime for a second—focus on the audition. Think of it as a real-life "what if" story. It’s like asking, "What if the Joker had played Batman in a commercial?" Also, let’s be honest: the Power Ranger franchise has seen its share of odd casting rumors. But this one? It’s the most jaw-dropping because it’s true. It’s like finding out your childhood hero’s actor secretly hated pizza. Mind-blowing, but not in a good way.

The Fun Comparison: A Superhero Twist

Imagine if Deleon had gotten the role. Every time you watched an episode, you’d think, "That guy’s fighting Putties, but he’d later fight the law in real life." It’s like seeing a funhouse mirror of a superhero story. You know how in movies, the villain sometimes has a tragic backstory? Here, the backstory is the villain's future.

It almost feels like a dark comic book arc. Maybe he would have been the first Power Ranger to turn evil on set? We’ll never know, but it’s a wild thought to chew on.
