John gets real, though. He talks openly about his anxiety. He shares how dancing saved him from a dark place. It’s a raw side of the sparkle.
He says baking is meditation. Dancing is therapy. Together, they keep his “brain from screaming.” Honestly, it’s inspiring to see a bloke be that vulnerable.
He even does Zoom cooking classes for fans. He calls them “Flour Power sessions.” He once taught 500 people to make scones while doing lunges. Multi-tasking wizard.

What’s Next for John?
John has a crazy plan. He wants to open a “dancery” in Manchester. It’s a bakery that turns into a dance studio at night. You can eat a croissant, then waltz.
He’s also learning pottery. He made a vase that looks like a disappointed cat. It lives on his shelf next to his glitter ball trophy. Perfect.
And he’s training for a charity marathon. He’ll run in a tutu while carrying a baguette. The proceeds go to mental health charities. I am so there for that.
