Yes, it’s a bit of a time zone tango, but it’s honestly not as painful as it sounds. The episode usually airs at 9:00 PM Eastern Time in the States, which is a lovely 2:00 AM here in the UK. Nobody wants to set an alarm for that—unless you’re a vampire or a very dedicated fan.
So, the smart move is to hit play in the morning while you’re eating your toast. Think of it as your breakfast of champions—drama, romance, and a little bit of Jorge the producer’s iconic commentary.
If you’re an early bird, 8:00 AM is your sweet spot. If you’re more of a “snooze until 10” type, the episode will still be waiting for you. No spoilers from your friends yet—well, hopefully.
Where to Watch? It’s a UK Drama
Here’s where it gets a little cheeky. The show airs on Peacock in the US, but in the UK, it’s not on the usual terrestrial channels. You’ll need to stream it on ITVX or Netflix? Actually, no—ITVX is your main port of call for Love Island USA now. Think of it as a sibling channel to the original UK villa.
But stay sharp—sometimes the rights shift like a Casa Amor recoupling. The latest seasons (like Season 6) usually land on ITVX within a day of the US release. So, you can watch on your phone, your telly, or even in the loo (we’ve all done it).
Pro tip: Set a reminder on your phone for 8:00 AM. Or, you know, just become best friends with a US fan who DMs you the link. We don’t judge.
