So, to actually answer your question: Today’s game starts at... well, you’re going to have to look it up right now. I can’t tell you the exact number because the schedule changes faster than a pitcher’s curveball. But I can tell you this: it starts when you’re ready.
Pack your cooler. Wear your purple and gold. Find a way to watch or listen. And when you finally see that first pitch, you’ll forget all the confusion. You’ll just be grateful you made it.
Here’s the secret: the time doesn’t matter as much as being there. Whether it’s 2 PM or 8 PM, the crack of the bat sounds the same. The crowd roars the same. The smell of hot dogs and sunscreen is identical.
So, go on. Check the schedule. Make the call. Send the text. And then sit back and enjoy the chaos. Because that is the spirit of LSU baseball. You never really know what time it starts. You just know it’s going to be a good time.
Now, go find that game time! I’ll be right here, refreshing my phone like a crazy person, right alongside you. Geaux Tigers!
