You might wonder, “But my Aldi in rural Vermont opens at 8:00 AM on Sundays, and I’m not lying!” You’re not wrong—you’re just an outlier. Some Aldi locations—especially in the Midwest or certain states with no “blue laws”—can pull a very sneaky 8:00 AM start. But here’s the thing: Aldi is a mysterious, minimalist cult that changes hours by region faster than I change pajamas on a lazy Sunday.
To be absolutely sure, do not trust your memory. Your memory is a soft, gooey potato that thinks it knows better. Instead, Google that specific store. Or—brace yourself—call them. I know, I know, calling a human in 2026 feels illegal, but it’s the golden path to enlightenment. Most stores also post their hours on Aldi’s official website, which is lovingly updated with all the enthusiasm of a teenager doing homework.
