The good news is that, even if an Ice Age were to happen tomorrow (which it won't, but just go with it), we'd have plenty of time to adapt. I mean, can you imagine the ice-age-themed amusement parks and snow-sports resorts that would pop up? It would be a cool new world (okay, I'll stop with the cool jokes now, I promise!). But seriously, while an Ice Age would be a major challenge, human societies have proven to be pretty resilient in the face of climate change.
