So, who were these authors? Well, the most famous ones are probably Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John - the four guys who wrote the Gospels. They're like the superheroes of the biblical world, each with their own unique style and story to tell. But, what's really interesting is that they didn't just write about Jesus' life, they also wrote about their own experiences and perspectives.
Then, there's Paul, the guy who wrote most of the Epistles - like Romans, Corinthians, and Galatians. He's like the rockstar of the New Testament, traveling around, preaching, and writing letters to his fans. But, what's quirky is that he didn't even meet Jesus in person, yet he became one of the most influential Christian leaders of all time!
And, let's not forget about Peter and James, the guys who wrote the Epistles that bear their names. They're like the ultimate bro-mance duo, working together to spread the word about Jesus. But, what's funny is that they didn't always see eye-to-eye, and their letters often reflect their differences in opinion.
